Preatha Job is Chief Revenue Officer at JobTalk AI, where she leads the company's go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, and partnership development with staffing agencies and corporate talent acquisition teams across North America. She joined JobTalk AI to build out the revenue organization as the platform moved from its early customer-development phase into broader enterprise adoption.

Preatha's role spans the full revenue motion: pipeline generation, enterprise sales for staffing firms and corporate talent teams, partnership development with applicant tracking system vendors, and customer expansion across the 90+ ATS integrations JobTalk AI now supports natively. She works closely with the COO on customer implementation handoff and with the CEO on long-range revenue strategy and pricing.

Her focus is on the high-volume hiring segment, where JobTalk AI's voice-first platform delivers the most measurable ROI — particularly in healthcare staffing, light industrial and manufacturing recruiting, BPO and contact center hiring, IT contract staffing, and financial services. Preatha and her team build partnerships with the firms that operate at the scale where automated phone screening, multi-channel outreach, and rapid speed-to-contact convert directly into placements.

Preatha brings extensive experience in enterprise sales, partnership development, and revenue strategy for B2B SaaS and staffing-industry buyers. Her areas of expertise include revenue strategy, enterprise sales motion design, partnership development, go-to-market planning, the staffing industry, and client relationship management.
