JobTalk AI was built by a team of recruiters and engineers who lived the pain of high-volume phone screening firsthand. We set out to solve the problem that every staffing firm, BPO, and talent acquisition team faces: too many candidates, not enough time to call them all. Today, our AI voice agents conduct thousands of candidate conversations every day — qualifying, scheduling, and delivering structured assessments so recruiters can focus on what matters most: placing great people in great roles.

The idea for JobTalk AI started on a recruiting floor. Our founding team watched recruiters spend 70% of their day making repetitive phone calls — the same questions, the same qualification checks, the same voicemails — while their real value went underutilized. Relationship building, client management, and closing placements were constantly sidelined by the sheer volume of initial screens that every open requisition demanded.

We asked a simple question: what if AI could handle the first call? Not a chatbot. Not a pre-recorded message. A genuine conversational voice agent that could call candidates, ask screening questions, listen to their responses, adapt in real time, and deliver a scored summary to the recruiter — all before the recruiter even picks up their phone. That question became JobTalk AI.

Today, our voice agents conduct thousands of candidate conversations daily across 23 languages and 18+ industry verticals. We serve staffing agencies, BPOs, and enterprise talent acquisition teams who need to screen at scale without sacrificing quality. Every conversation is recorded, transcribed, scored, and synced back to the recruiter's ATS automatically — turning hours of phone work into minutes of recruiter review.
